Ecogenomics of Queensland sugarcane soils (2012–2014)

Abstract:
We propose to apply leading-edge genomic technologies and bioinformatics to profile the genetic and metabolic capabilities of microbial communities in Queensland sugarcane soils, and to develop unique strategies, products and services for sustainable bioproduction and land use.
