Overview

Research Interests

  • Food systems
In the face of global challenges, food systems must evolve to ensure nutritional security without exceeding planetary boundaries or compromising social equity. Achieving this balance is challenging and necessitates a comprehensive study of food systems, including their challenges and opportunities. My research focuses on re-envisioning the Australian food system with the aim of exploring different pathways for improvement.
